We process the information we receive from you to provide you with a better service. The information is not downloaded on Achieve Physiotherapy’s hard drive, and we use the following servers to keep your personal data:

We keep a hard copy of some of your data. This data is protected by lock in our premises and it is kept for insurance purposes only. The hard copy of your data is kept for a maximum of three years.


At Achieve Physiotherapy we are committed to ensuring that your information is secure, for this reason, we have put in place suitable physical and electronic measure to secure and safely keep your information.

All hard copies are kept in a locked cupboard, only accessible by our trained staff. All other data is protected by the softwares we use (see above).
